🎯 SBI PO Selection Process

The selection process consists of three phases:

1️⃣ Preliminary Exam (100 Marks) – Online Test

English Language: 30 Questions (30 Marks) – 20 minutes
Quantitative Aptitude: 35 Questions (35 Marks) – 20 minutes
Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions (35 Marks) – 20 minutes

📌 Candidates will be shortlisted for the Main Exam based on merit.

2️⃣ Main Examination (250 Marks) – Online Test

Objective Test (200 Marks):
- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude: 40 Questions (60 Marks) – 50 minutes
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: 30 Questions (60 Marks) – 45 minutes
- General Awareness (Economy/Banking): 60 Questions (60 Marks) – 45 minutes
- English Language: 40 Questions (20 Marks) – 40 minutes
Descriptive Test (50 Marks):
- Essay & Letter Writing – 30 minutes

3️⃣ Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview (50 Marks)

Group Exercise: 20 Marks
Personal Interview: 30 Marks

📌 Final Merit List Weightage:

Main Examination: 75%
Group Exercise & Interview: 25%

🔻 Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted per incorrect answer.
🔻 Prelims Exam Marks are NOT considered for final selection.
