Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (Assam) has rolled out a dynamic career opportunity for professionals looking to make a difference in the urban development landscape of Assam. A total of 09 vacancies have been announced for roles including Financial Management Expert, Municipal Civil Engineer, MIS Specialist, and Municipal Finance Specialist under the State Level Technical Cell (SLTC) of PMAY-HFA (Urban).

1. Financial Management & Accounting Expert
- Age Limit: 27 to 45 years
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or CA
- Experience: 5–7 years in municipal finance with knowledge of SNA SPARSH/DBT, project finance, PPPs & training.
2. City Project Manager – Municipal Civil Engineer
- Age Limit: 27 to 45 years
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in infrastructure procurement/design, preferably in municipal roles.
3. City Project Manager – MIS Specialist
- Age Limit: 27 to 45 years
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, MCA or PGDCA
- Experience: 3–5 years in software/database development, preferably with government/autonomous bodies.
4. City Project Manager – Municipal Finance Specialist
- Age Limit: 27 to 45 years
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or BBA
- Experience: 3–5 years in finance evaluation, urban infrastructure projects & funding mechanisms.
