Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration or Hospital Management from a recognized institution.
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma/PG Degree in Hospital Administration or Hospital Management from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in Hospital Administration.
Age Limit:
- Upper age limit is 45 years as of the application closing date.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government norms
Health Standards:
- Candidates must be in good health and will undergo a medical examination at NTPC hospitals. The decision of the NTPC medical board will be final.
Remuneration
- Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of **₹71,000/-.**
Contract Duration
- The appointment will be on a 3-year fixed-term basis, which may be extended up to 5 years based on performance and organizational requirements.
