Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- (PB-2) with a Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/- per month, along with applicable allowances.

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years

- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Educational Qualification:
- Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology/Civil Engineering & Planning from an AICTE-recognized institute.
- Distance learning diplomas are NOT accepted.
Other Conditions:
- Must be a citizen of India and permanent resident of Assam.
- Must produce PRC or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency.
- Must submit a Small Family Norms Declaration (Form-A).
- Must be registered with any Employment Exchange in Assam.
