✔ Already employed? You’ll need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer
How to Register for Employment Exchange in Assam?
You can register online using either of these two methods:
1. AADHAAR Based Verification – (No Office Visit Needed!)
Just follow these steps:

- Go to eDistrict Assam Portal
- Click Online Employment Exchange Registration
- Hit Register and enter:
- Full Name
- Email ID
- Mobile Number
- Password & State
- Choose Apply with AADHAAR
- Log in with your credentials
- Fill in all details correctly
- Upload educational documents in a single PDF (from lowest to highest qualification)
- Submit the form
Your Employment Exchange Card (X10) will be sent to your registered email!
2. Non-AADHAAR Based Verification – (Physical Visit Required)

- Visit the same portal as above
- Choose Apply without AADHAAR
- Register and log in
- Fill in your personal and educational details
- Book an appointment for document verification
- Visit your nearest Employment Exchange with original documents
- Once verified, your certificate will be issued!

- HSLC Admit Card
- School Certificate
Educational Documents:
- Mark sheets and certificates in one PDF
Residential Proof (any one):
- AADHAAR with Assam address
- Driving License
- Passport
- Electoral Roll copy
- Chitha/Jamabandi copy
Other Certificates (if applicable):
- Caste Certificate
- Disability Certificate (PWD)
- Experience Certificate
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC/MOBC)

Renewal is a MUST!
- Your certificate is valid for 3 years
- Must be renewed within the due month or 3-month grace period
