- MT (Digital Technology): B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE with 60% marks OR MCA with 60% marks (and 60% in graduation).
- MT (Research & Analysis): PG in Economics with 60% marks (and 60% in graduation).
- MT (Legal): LLB with 60% marks (in both Graduation & LLB, or integrated LLB).
- MT (Rajbhasha): Master’s in Hindi/English with specific subject requirements.
- Deputy Manager: Graduate/PG degree + 2–3 years’ experience in Banking/Finance/IT.
- Chief Manager: Relevant qualification + 10+ years’ experience including leadership roles.

- Management Trainee:
- Stipend: ₹65,000/month during 1-year training.
- Absorption: After training, MTs become Deputy Managers (JM-I).
- CTC Post-Absorption: Approx. ₹17–18 LPA, including perks.

- Pay Scale: ₹48,480 to ₹1,05,280 + allowances (DA, HRA, etc.)
