Salary Details
  • During Training: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/- (Basic Pay: ₹50,000/- per month)
  • After Regularization: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/- (Basic Pay: ₹60,000/- per month, E-3 Grade)
Training duration is one year. Upon successful completion, candidates will undergo a one-year probationary period.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:-
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years (as of 30th September 2024)
  • Relaxations:
    1. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 years
    2. SC/ST: +5 years
    3. Persons with Disabilities:
      • General: +10 years
      • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +13 years
      • SC/ST: +15 years
Educational Qualifications

1.Community Development:

Postgraduate degree or diploma in relevant fields (Community Development, Rural Management, etc.) with at least 60% marks. Alternatively, a postgraduate degree in Social Work with relevant specializations and 60% marks.

2.Environment:

First-class degree in Environmental Engineering or an engineering degree with a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Engineering, with 60% marks.
3.Finance:
Qualified CA/ICWA.

4.Legal:
Law graduate (3 or 5 years) with 60% marks.

5.Marketing & Sales:
Recognized degree with an MBA/PG Diploma in Management (specializing in Marketing) with 60% marks.

6.Materials Management:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with an MBA/PG Diploma in Management and 60% marks.

7.Personnel & HR:
Graduate with a full-time postgraduate degree/diploma in HR, Industrial Relations, or related fields (minimum 60% marks).

8.Security:
Graduate.

9.Coal Preparation:
Degree in Chemical/Mineral/Metallurgical Engineering with 60% marks.
