1.Educational Qualification:

  • A Graduate Degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in technology-based computer skills is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
2. Age Limit:
  • Maximum age: 62 years (as of January 1, 2025).

🎯Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative and Secretarial Support: Assist management in overseeing the core business activities and day-to-day operations.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and administrative guidelines, as well as statutory requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively while maintaining strict budgetary control.
  • Representation: Act as a liaison with financial institutions, tax authorities, and government bodies.
  • Other Duties: Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

💰Monthly Remuneration

  • Pay will follow Government of Assam guidelines for retired employees:
  • Last pay drawn minus pension.
